当然也可以DIY~
方法一:
1. 将糙米洗净,洗去杂质,沥干洗米水;
2.注入清水盖过糙米,静置室温中;
3.静置4~8小时后,用清水换水,再静置室温中;
4. 重复换水2~3次,再洗一次米即可炊煮(重点是换水,去除发酵味);
5. 煮饭时米与水的比例大约是1:1.3(依电锅有所差别,比炊煮白米要多少许水)。
方法二:
1. 将有机糙米用水清洗,浸泡约3小时左右;
2. 冲洗一下泡好的米,沥干水分,放入容器中,盖上簸箕或覆盖一块通风的布(防止蚊虫)。夏天常温即可(30-35度),放置15小时,每隔4~5个小时冲一下水。
3. 经过 15 小时催芽后,会长出约 0.05~0.1 公分之芽体,新鲜发芽米就做好咯。

5.锅里加以少许水、姜片翻炒片刻,随后加入蔬菜翻炒,直到熟透。
出锅前放入一匙茶匙枸杞粉、一茶匙南瓜子粉、木耳糊、酱油、可以少放点香料粉调味(例如胡椒粉等),收干酱汁到合适稠度,即可出锅装盘,撒点香菜即成。
